### Fixed

- Wrap long session status messages instead of clipping them in the JetBrains UI.
- Normalize markdown line endings before rendering, preventing unexpected formatting breaks in JetBrains chat.
- Recover pending questions and permission prompts after reconnecting to an existing session.
- Use normal session model defaults when creating sessions in new worktrees.
- Ground selected-code prompts in the active editor selection so the agent receives the intended context.
- Remove deselected models from custom OpenAI-compatible providers, including delete-and-recreate flows and providers saved in another settings scope.
- Improve Swarm board readability by wrapping long messages, keeping the board open while navigating, and adding copy-all.
